March 2020, Conklin, NY — Dryshod, the new benchmark in performance waterproof footwear for outdoor recreation, expands its line of work-oriented footwear with the introduction of the DungHo waterproof boot.
When nasty floor and ground conditions are the rule, Dryshod’s new DungHo boots are the go-to choice in protective footwear. These boots are built around a 5mm DENSOPRENE® foam insulated bootie to keep feet warm and dry across a broad range of ambient air and standing liquid temperatures. For warmer weather conditions, the integrated 4-way airmesh lining promotes air circulation to minimize moisture build-up.
Further separating the DungHo model from other neoprene/rubber-style work boots is the overlay and tread. Both are comprised of chemical-resistant rubber to protect against most caustic liquids while a bi-directional tread pattern increases slip-resistance on solid, slick surfaces. Additional features include an EVA midsole designed to enhance comfort and block cold, a nylon shank for support, and a removable, molded EVA sock liner.
The DungHo is offered in boot heights—Hi and Mid. A HYDROKOTE® water-repellent treatment on the fabric allows water to easily roll off and prevent the roll-down upper from becoming soggy in extremely wet conditions. Both models are available in black for men’s sizes 7-14.
